The white porcelain dial has Roman numerals for the hours, steel Breguet-style hands and a long steel alarm indicator hand.
A very nice quality eight-day time, strike, repeat and alarm movement with the original cylinder escapement. The clock strikes the quarters and the alarm is loaded by pulling a string out the side. It is stamped on the balance cock by the maker, ‘FUMEY’.
There are several Fumeys listed in Tardy’s.
Clock pictured in unrestored condition.
