Case
The elaborately engraved gorge gilt-bronze case has beveled glasses all around, a hinged handle with straight sides similar to Jacot's work, and a matching mask.
Dial
The porcelain time dial has a subsidiary seconds chapter, Roman numerals for the hours, steel-cut hands and is signed by the maker. Below are white porcelain subsidiary dials for the date and alarm.
Movement
The eight-day time and strike grand-sonnerie movement has a high-quality jeweled lever platform, strikes on two bells, is wound and set off the backplate and has a selector lever out the bottom.
