The heavy hallmarked cast silver case has exceptionally deep and detailed decorative floral elements and birds of paradise all around including the bottom and handle.
Dial
The white porcelain dial has Arabic numbers for the hours, steel-cut hands and is signed by the maker W. Thornhill & Co., London.
Movement
The high-quality french carriage clock time only movement is wound and set off the backplate, has the balance platform above with the f/s regulator on the backplate and is stamped AA and 225.
