The Art-Noveau inspired shaped case has cast decorative floral elements, shaped beveled glasses to 5 sides, an elevated viewing window above and a decorative stationary handle.
Dial
The gilt time dial has Roman numerals for the hours, is signed Black Starr & Frost and has Made in France above the 6. The alarm dial has Arabic numbers for the hours and both dials are framed by a decorative gilt-bronze mask.
Movement
The time, strike and alarm eight-day movement strikes and repeats on a gong, has a high-quality lever escapement above and is stamped 13081.
