							 The matte and burnished ormolu case has lion busts holding a fabric swag, frets and is decorated with geometric and natural decorative elements. Above sits a decorative urn with acanthus leaf swags and below are animal feet that stand upon a shaped base.  |

							 The white porcelain dial has blue Roman numerals for the hours, black five-minute marks, finely finished ormolu hands and is signed ‘LEON A PARIS’  | 
										
				
| Movement: | 					
							 The eight day time and strike movement has a flat bottom, a large star-shaped count-wheel, strikes on a bell and has a silk-thread suspension that adjust for fast/slow out the dial.  |
